Transparency, Creativity and Results.

But clients also tend to become part of the Victory family pretty fast.

A few dreamers became do good-ers

Victory is not just marketing your brand; we’re breaking boundaries and transcending the status quo.

Our mission is to elevate your brand beyond expectations, creating an unforgettable narrative that defies convention and sets new standards in the digital landscape.

Where We started

Victory Media was sparked by Dayne’s visionary spirit, an individual with a passion for redefining digital storytelling.  Soon after, Mary joined the journey, bringing her unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking. Together, they formed the nucleus of a team that would grow into a powerhouse of talent. As the vision took shape, Victory Media attracted individuals with diverse skills and a shared commitment to pushing boundaries. The team’s growth has been fueled by the collective determination to craft immersive and impactful content. Today, Victory Media stands as a testament to Dayne’s original vision, Mary’s dedication to design, and the collaborative efforts of a talented team that continues to shape the future of digital storytelling.

Dayne

CEO

Dayne Kuhlmann is the visionary founder and CEO of Victory Media, the full-service marketing agency he launched in 2017 in Liberty Lake. Leveraging a background in marketing from the University of Montana and early leadership roles, such as Director of Sales at Express Locations, Dayne brings creative energy, bold ideas, and strategic insight to every project

Under his leadership, Victory Media has grown to offer comprehensive marketing services, including web design, digital advertising, social media, and cinematic film production. Dayne is known for thinking outside the box, driving innovation, and bringing that same passion to building brands and delivering results.

Born and raised in Spokane and based in the Liberty Lake community, Dayne balances his professional drive with a rich family life. He’s proudly married to his high school sweetheart, Katie, and they have two busy kids involved in hockey, horses, and art. When he’s not creating “marketing magic,” you’ll find Dayne fueling up with a good cup of coffee and chasing fresh creativity wherever he goes.

Mary

Co-Owner & Creative Director

Full of bold ideas and a heart for storytelling, Mary Patterson brings the spark to Victory Media. A design student at Spokane Falls Community College, Mary launched her career in marketing back in 2006 and ran her own freelance studio, Fusion Web and Graphic Design, for over eight years. In 2017, she teamed up with Dayne to bring Victory Media to life.

Mary is an award-winning graphic and website designer, a brand builder, and the creative force behind countless logos, websites, and campaigns. When she’s not leading design as our Creative Director, she’s hanging with her two awesome boys, hiking with her dog, treasure-hunting at thrift stores, or soaking in the sun with a crisp glass of chardonnay.

Hannah

Copywriter, Project Manager & Social Media Manager

Based in our Montana office (cue the Hannah Montana jokes), Hannah brings heart and a deep love for storytelling to Victory Media. A proud Gonzaga alum (Go Zags!) and former Montana news reporter, she’s passionate about making unjust things just, and crafting words that actually mean something. Her background in broadcast and journalism makes her a powerhouse copywriter and gives her a sixth sense for finding the heart of every story and making sure every word counts.

Hannah also keeps the gears turning as a project manager and social media lead, bringing structure, strategy, and strong timelines to the creative chaos. She’s all about doing the right thing, lifting others up, and getting the details right. Outside of work, she’s happiest in the mountains with her husband, her dog, and her faith keeping her centered.

Heather

Project Manager & Traffic Coordinator

Originally from sunny California, Heather traded palm trees for pine trees and now, alongside her four-legged sidekick and unofficial life coach, Mia, calls Washington home. With over a decade of experience navigating the fast-paced worlds of agencies and in-house teams, she’s led everything from full-scale brand launches to managed last-minute pivots.

At Victory Media, Heather keeps our projects on track and our team moving forward. Her happy place? A perfectly planned timeline. She’s part project manager, part traffic controller, and full-time pro at making things happen. When she’s not wrangling deliverables, you’ll find her exploring new cities, riding her bike, or sipping something caffeinated (hot, iced, or IV—no judgment).

Katie

Business Manager

Every creative team needs a calm in the storm, and that’s Katie. As Victory Media’s Business Manager, Katie is the master of the calendar, the queen of logistics, and the reason our wild ideas actually make it out into the world on time. She keeps the projects flowing and the creatives (mostly) in line.

With a knack for organization and a sixth sense for solving problems before they exist, Katie brings structure to the chaos and heart to the hustle. Whether she’s wrangling timelines or making sure we don’t miss a deadline, Katie’s the one holding it all together, gracefully, efficiently, and always with a smile.

Sam

Director of Production

Sam brings presence, depth, and a whole lot of cinematic soul to Victory Media. A lifelong visual story-maker, his journey started in 7th grade with a spec ad for an anti-drug campaign, and hasn’t slowed down since. By the time he graduated high school, Sam had already earned an Associate of Applied Science in Photography, setting the tone for two decades behind the lens.

From portraits and weddings to marketing tech and commercial construction, Sam’s creative path has been anything but linear. It’s that rich experience that fuels his approach today. As our Director of Production, he leads with heart, cinematic flair, and a commitment to telling stories that matter. He’s spent the last seven years building empathy machines that raise stakes and reveal something honest about being human.

At his core, Sam is a husband, father, and man of faith. His family keeps him grounded, his beliefs shape his leadership, and his vulnerability invites others to bring their full selves to the table. Whether he’s behind the camera, guiding the production team, or quoting really smart people, Sam crafts stories.

Katherine

Media Buyer & Project Manager

Katherine is the organized powerhouse behind our media buys and project timelines. She thrives on structure, tolerates surprises (barely), and always brings her A-game. Equal parts strategist and organizer, she’s the one making sure every dollar is spent smartly and every detail is dialed in.

She runs on caffeine, snacks, and a solid playlist. A proud WSU grad (Go Cougs!), Katherine keeps our media plans sharp, our campaigns on point, and our team just the right amount of caffeinated and focused.

Brysen

Videographer

Brysen Smith brings energy, creativity, and an adventurous spirit to the Victory Media team. As a videographer, he’s always chasing the perfect shot, whether it’s capturing a brand story or flying FPV drones. While his professional work leans toward video, Brysen also enjoys photography, especially nature and night photography, where he’s often found chasing northern lights or golden-hour landscapes.

Outside the editing suite, you’ll likely catch Brysen on a snowboard, out on the lake wake surfing, or diving into a game of spikeball, volleyball, pickleball, or poker. His love for travel and exploration fuels both his creativity and his lens, making him a dynamic storyteller in every sense.
